BELOIT — A Cottage Grove company shifted its focus from cleaning up the demolition site for a building at 80-100 E. Grand Ave. to working on the riverwalk.
The past couple of weeks, those driving past the area that used to be home to an office building that extended over the Rock River could see builders preparing the support structure for the future riverwalk.
When it’s completed, the riverwalk will extend from ABC Supply Stadium all the way through Riverside Park to the Ken Hendricks Bridge.
