BELOIT ā Skating, hot cocoa, sleigh rides and kids’ activities will be offered during Beloit’s Winterfest,Ā set for Jan. 23 -25.Ā
Winterfest is hosted by the City of Beloit Parks and Recreation Department, along with communityĀ partners. Events are planned for the Edwards Ice Arena, the Beloit Public Library, Nature at theĀ Confluence and other locations.
