BELOIT – Temperatures outside on Saturday were in the 40s, but inside the Downtown Beloit Association office, staff and volunteers were wearing grass skirts and a definite tropical theme was present for the Spring Wine Walk.
Some even tried to test their flexibility by bending over backward to move under a lighted limbo stick. Those who completed the limbo challenge received a free ticket to taste more wine.
