BELOIT – The new new downtown Beloit Riverwalk extension will be be featured during a ribbon cutting ceremony set for noon on Tuesday, July 15. The riverwalk completion marks the end of the year-long project at 80-100 E. Grand Avenue.
Groups involved in the demolition of the vacant building and construction of the riverwalk path will provide brief remarks prior to the ribbon cutting. Following the ribbon cutting, guests are welcome to explore the path. The riverwalk path and Grand Avenue bridge were opened on June 23 following the completion of the project.
