BELOIT – The reconstruction of East Grand Avenue will be discussed during an open house set for 5 – 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Downtown Beloit Association office at 557 E. Grand Ave.
East Grand Avenue from State Street to Pleasant Street will be affected by the project. The intersections will remain open through the majority of the project. In addition to the roadwork, work will be completed on sidewalks to meet current accessibility standards. Safety upgrades will also be included with removable bollards installed near the entrances of the outdoor farmers‘ market.
