Hi there! My name is Elaine & I am a beginning farmer in my second year of production. I live and farm in South Beloit, IL – about a 15 minute drive from the Beloit Farmers Market. I am inspired by my love of food, the earth, and my community to grow fresh, nutritious, and tasty produce and share it with my neighbors.
