Weekly offerings of fresh salsa and two types of corn tortilla chips, salted and cinnamon sugar (both gluten free). Additionally, you will find an assortment of hot sauce, some of which are fermented. I also offer my fresh salsa in a freeze-dried form for use as seasonings, spices or rubs. Fermented honey-garlic, fermented honey-hot peppers, fermented veggies, refrigerator cucumbers, pickles, cold soups and a nice variety of fresh produce. For your dogs I have smoked pig ears and smoked bones.
