BELOIT – The newest downtown residents at 311 and 317 State Street will begin moving in in mid-July as finishing touches are completed on the State Street Studio Apartments.
Anyone interested in these apartments will have to get on a waiting list. Taylor Kaurin, assistant real estate manager for Hendricks Commercial Properties, said all 10 lofts have been leased. The rents ranged from about $1,100 a month to $1,400 for residential spaces that ranged from 633 to 781 square feet.
