BELOIT — Debbie Galgin and Pam Halloran were wearing tiaras on their heads Friday as they sat at a picnic table awaiting other alumni from the Beloit Turner High School Class of 1975.
They were among the hundreds of people looking for a night of music, food and conversing with old friends at the Downtown Beloit Association Street Dance on State Street.
