BELOIT – Hendricks Commercial Properties is turning Irontek into a brand.
This month, HCP announced that it redeveloping a 11,223- square-foot section of The
Grain building in Delafield into a flexible workspace for entrepreneurs, remote teams
and startup companies similar to what it did at the former Beloit Corp. campus, now
the Ironworks Campus, in downtown Beloit.
The Delafield Irontek is scheduled to open this summer and will include 37 private
offices, 24 dedicated desks, floating desks and open workspace options. Members
also have access to a variety of meeting spaces, including an 18-person conference
room.
