Grand Lighted Parade to kick off holiday

BELOIT – There will be songs, sparkle and shining lights as the Downtown Beloit  Association kicks off its 33rd Annual Grand Lighted Parade on Friday, Nov. 28

 

The parade, featuring dozens of lighted floats and parade entries, will move along Grand Avenue, starting at Third Street and ending at College StreetWe usually have 30 to 40 parade entries,” said Shauna El-Amin, executive director of the Downtown Beloit Association
