BELOIT – Chef David Heatley does about 700 shows a year in various locations to introduce people to the sauces he has created for Chef Heatley’s Hot Pepper Farm.
“I just got back from a show in New York,” Heatley said.
On Saturday, he was introducing people to his sauces at the Downtown Beloit Farmers Market. He was one of 79 vendors selling items to eager shoppers as the farmers’ market kicked off its season.
