BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) – For the 15th year, Visit Beloit asks the community to donate warm clothing to those in need this winter.
The Beloit Bundle Up initiative runs September 15-October 17, collecting new and gently used coats, snow pants, sweaters, hats and mittens.
“Together, we can ensure every Beloit resident stays warm this winter by providing essential clothing to those in need,” states Celestino Ruffini, CEO of Visit Beloit.
Last year, Visit Beloit says 344 items were donated. All collected items are distributed to Community Action Inc.
