BELOIT, Wis. (WKOW) — The annual Winterfest hosted by the Beloit Parks and Recreation Division is returning on the weekend of Jan. 23-25.
“By the time late January arrives, many people are feeling cooped up and ready for something fun to do,” said Robert Douglas, city of Beloit recreation supervisor.
