BELOIT Rick Stout of Janesville and Georgene Daughtry of South Beloit were enjoying an evening of music and just being outside with friends Saturday night as
the Downtown Beloit Association hosted its Fall Festival.
“We are telling people to come and be a rebel,” said Shauna El-Amin, executive director of the Downtown Beloit Association. ― She noted the two bands performing at the event each had rebel in their names Rock Rebel Junction kicked off the evening of music, and Dirt Road Rebelz capped off the evening.
But, music was just one ingredient that make the Fall Festival a cornucopia of autumn delights.
